RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service & Correspondence Customer Management Service-Related Upselling and Cross-selling Customer Needs Clarification Document Management Operational Compliance Personal Capability Building Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential) Regulatory Examination 5(Essential) FAIS recognized qualification (Advantageous) 2 or more years experience in a Sales /Collections / Retentions environment (Essential)
