Experienced Group Exec Chef required for multiple product Hospitality Group*Culinary Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institution.* Minimum of 10 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury lodge group.* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple kitchens and diverse culinary operations.* Strong knowledge and understanding of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and trends.* Experience in menu planning, development, and implementation.* Demonstrated expertise in creating innovative and high-quality culinary offerings.* Valid RSA ID and Drivers License
