Site Entyce - Coffee & Creamer Factory (Isando) Location - Country South Africa Location - Province Gauteng Location - Town / City Isando Job Type Permanent Company Profile An opportunity has become available for a Time and Attendance Administrator, based at the Entyce factory in Isando, and reporting directly to the Senior HR Officer.Entyce Beverages combines the strengths of well-known and much-loved South African tea, coffee, and creamer brands such as Five Roses, Freshpak, Frisco, House of Coffees, and Ellis Brown. Duties and Responsibilities Captures all allowances on SAP, including overtime, short time, nightshift, acting, etc. and ensures line manager approval of hours before payroll cut offChecks previous month's payroll queries for authenticity and does necessary changes on SAP Sends discrepancies and weekly consolidation report to SupervisorsPulls payroll report on weekly basis and amends where applicableSends short hours report to Supervisors and places on notice boardsChecks variance report received from Head Office, reconciles monthly consolidation report to variance report, corrects discrepancies with HOD's, Finance and HRSSReceives, collates and checks monthly overtime schedulesInforms HRSS of all Ad Hoc payments and deductions Loads all employees’ monthly and weekly in-clock and out-clock time zonesPicks up any errors and logs call to correctAddresses all general queries received from management and employeesProvides all parties timeously with the relevant and accurate requested HR documentation Competencies Manage and share infoCommunicate clearlyBe flexible and open to changeRemain composed and resilientUphold standards and ethicsDelivering resultsDeliver customer service Govern and follow rules Experience Required At least 3 years’ HR/Payroll administration experience gained in an FMCG or Manufacturing environment Minimum Qualifications Required Grade 12 (Matric)Completed tertiary qualification in HR, Payroll, or related Additional Requirements BesTime SystemProficient in SAP HRProficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of HR Policies and HR Procedures
