MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE• 2-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably with exposure to SAP.• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.• Advanced knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, WM, SD and FI.• SAP certification would be an advantage.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-usersat all levels of the organization.• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and business operations.• 1-2 years IT Project management experience.• Project management certification would be advantageous.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide technical support to SAP users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues and queries.• Project manage the SAP enhancements, upgrades and bug fixes.• Liaise with and manage SAP Consultants.• Ensure that all SAP-related incidents and requests are logged and tracked using the helpdesk system.• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, including but not limited to system errors,configuration problems, and user access issues.• Collaborate with other I.T. team members to ensure a cohesive approach to support and problem-solving.• Create and maintain documentation on SAP processes, procedures and known issues to support theend users.• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP modules, best practices, and business procedures.• Assist with the testing and implementation of SAP system enhancements and upgrades.• Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed about thestatus of their requests and incidents.• Ability to identify and resolve intermediate SAP issues.• Willingness to work independently, take initiative and follow through on assigned tasks.
