Employer Description This company undertakes a number of building projects and disciplines in the Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, Retail, Recreation and Housing sectors.
Job Description Reporting to the Production Manager and Director, you will be required to:
Do Site visits
Prepare and evaluate tenders, cost control
Prepare Capex Viability studies
Project Cash-flow Forecasts and update
Prepare Contract Tenders, monthly payment certificates
Review and evaluate claims and additional work orders
Prepare final Accounts with Sub-contractors, clients
Prepare monthly cost reports
Work with JBCC, NEC and all contractual details
Work with upmarket, prestigious projects
Qualifications PrQS or Candidate QS
Skills MS Office
Win QS
