Our exceptional growth is creating a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for suitable incumbents.Job Purpose:To reduce administrative tasks on the Teaching and Learning team so they can utilise their time on academic-specific outputs and in turn positively impact the success rate and graduation rate.Duties & Responsibilities:AdministrationFiling of lecturer/ student consultationsPeer review documentation and administrationAssist and support in material issuing and collecting for lecturers (lecturer resource pack, lecturer handbook, access tag, notebook, stationery).Ordering stationery for lecturers.Ensuring the timetable is issued to OPS for capturing purposes on CAMS.Compiling and coordinating assignment due dates in association with PC and OPS teams.Administrative duties relating to Lecturer/ Student Orientation and any other student support workshops offered by the T&L (feedback forms, registers, etc.).Agenda setting, minutes of meetings (Academic Committee Meeting).Event ManagementWith the support and input from the PM/HOA arrange and coordinate T&L events such as Lecturer and student Orientation, HoP visits, Directors Visit, Pulse visit, Celebrating T&L, Top Achievers Awards, CAT and CSO visits.Manages and coordinates bookings of venues; Coordinates catch-up/master/ booster session schedules as per information received from PM/HOAGraduation RSVP's for lecturers (academic regalia, attendance, seating arrangements).Data HandlingKeep trackers updatedStudent intervention trackerResearch trackerLecturer development trackerInternal moderation trackerCapturing of RCLearn hours as per RCLearn reportsAssist with SETS admin (opening of links, pulling reports)IC AdministrationPrinting of claimsGetting lecturer availability from lecturers for timetablingIssuing of timetables to lecturers once availableLecturer availability for consultations.
