Factory Optimization and ImprovementOEE administration, analysis and reporting through MES(Shopware)
Monitor problematic equipment and conduct RCA or FI processes to improve performance
Identifying cost reduction and long-term improvement opportunities
Application of lean methodologies
Drive the standardization of systems and controls

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
3 – 5 years' experience within a FMCG environment
At least 3 years relevant experience gained in a similar role
Qualifications:
National Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering
