We are a structural pest management firm looking for another team member in our busy office. We will be training the right person. This team member will need to be able to process multiple tasks during the work day. Some tasks include answering and dispatching incoming phone calls, data entry, setting up and designing spreadsheets, designing and changing paperwork, mailings and working with other team members and a special interest in accounts receiveables. 40hrs per week

Job Duties

Take phone calls from customers
Send calls to technicians
Manage leads follow ups
Order office supplies, technicians uniforms, business cards
Responsible for technicians license renewals reciprocity
Make hotel reservations
Register for Home Shows
Prepare Log Books for Commercial Accts
Keep inventory of clothing on hand
Mail invoices, renewals, and technician paperwork
