MINI Vehicle Sales Executive - Cape Town Region, Western Cape Our client in the Cape Town Region is seeking a MINI Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team. 

The Executives purpose is to act as a brand ambassador for the Dealership and MINI specifically, in order to optimise sales opportunities with optimum profitability and maximum customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring monthly objectives and targets are met. 

Main Responsibilities: Maximise all prospect leads optimising new / repeat business opportunities – internal prospect sources & leads and pipe-line leads allocated via Focus Pro systemAchieve Sales Targets – on units/gross profit objectivesEfficient and professional Management of the Sales Processes for MINI on all sales systems, NRSM / Focus Pro / E-masterEfficient management of Customer communicationsDatabase Management – Up to date and correct Customer detailsProduct Knowledge with regards to MINI and competitor productsEffective presentation and display of vehicles – including professional hand-over and Customer after-sales follow-upEfficient Management of all Deal Files and related documentationPromote Dealer Products and Services. Up-sell optional extras on vehicles, Parts & Accessories (Lifestyle and accessory products) and additional Dealer servicesAttend all relevant BMW SA training coursesManage implementation of all BMW SA & Dealership operating rules, regulations & Communications Minimum Requirements: Senior Certificate Grade 122 to 5 year's sales experience in the motor dealership industry is essentialSelling experience within the premier brand market would be highly advantageousVibrancy, energy and a results-driven personality essentialValid Driver's Licence Essential Competencies/Skills/Traits: Customer & Service OrientationMotivation to Perform & Achieve ResultsRelationship BuildingCommunication with ImpactSelf-Management & Resilience Market-related remuneration and commission package which includes company vehicle, fuel and cell phone allowance on offer.
