Currently we are searching for a Customer Services Representative based in Durban.

Responsibilities of this post
Respond to client issues,problems,complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits in a timely,professional and satisfactory manner.Follow up to ensure resolutions.
Process sales orders,customer quotations in a timely manner.
Act as a Liaison between the organization and client addressing customer care and complaint issues
Monitor and manage the customer service general email in box accordingly
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and in teractive communication.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools.
Complete all internal training timeously.
Process customer accounts and file documents.
Maintain and update customers database and account information

Requirements of the post
Grade 12.
With or without experience
