Legal bookkeeper, Pretoria based law firm. Job description:Creditors- Responsible for contacting and obtaining bi-monthly statements of account from Advocates (approx. 70 in total but not all that active)- Responsible for the accurate and timeous completion of bi-monthly reconciliations of all Advocates- Capturing of Advocates invoices into Work in progress on AJS accounting system- Maintaining monthly lists of Advocates invoices processed in support of cash flow to be set aside for payment (General terms of Advocates is 90 days)- Preparing relevant monthly requisitions for payment of Advocates in accordance with termsDebtors- Responsible for distributing monthly invoices and statements as well as collection of same for one insurance departmentOther- 6 x Larger Complex Sheriff accounts to be reconciled monthly- Be prepared to accept additional responsibility and attend to any other accounting related tasks
