Foreclosure Litigation Secretary, Pretoria.Matric and relevant qualifications.Fluent in English and Afrikaans.A minimum of 3 year experience as a Home Loan Foreclosure Litigation Secretary. Experience preferably Standard Bank is ideal but experience with Absa Bank and /or Nedbank is also acceptable.Well skilled and knowledgeable of the foreclosures processes and administration involved.Must be computer literate and able to work on multiple systems. Well skilled in Dictaphone typing.Ability to perform well under pressure.High level attention to detail and accurate and efficient working methods.Knowledge of Court Online and Caselines and the ability to enrol applications / documents and matters on both Court Online and Caselines.Knowledge of Ghost Practice, CACS and My Attorney.Ensure that court dates are monitored and applications and documents are served and uploaded onto all required systems timeously. Package and renumeration: R 16 000.00 to R 22 000.00 depending on experience.
