Junior Attorney Pretoria East Well established Legal firm requires a Junior Attorney to join their team. Requirements & Experience: Admitted attorney. Must have high court litigation experience. Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the entire foreclosure process A minimum of 2 years experience in banking litigation, preferably on unsecured loans. Vetting of Pleadings and Notices drafted by junior personnel. A valid drivers license. Excellent admin and organisational skills Functioning under pressure and able to adhere to stringent time- lines. Strong communication skills Administratively strong Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook Previous experience working on AJS will be an added advantage Salary : R18 000 negotiable, provident fund & medical Insurance.
