The purpose of this position is to develop policy and plans that directs, coordinates and administers human resources activities of the organisation, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, regulatory compliance, benefits, training, and employee services Report to: Chief Operations Officer Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other I Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures throughout the organisation. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs of staff members and organize learning and development programs. Provide appropriate reports to executive and management through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management process. Review HR departmental budgets and costs.
