As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be pivotal in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent to support our clients' staffing needs. You will work closely with our team and clients to build a robust pipeline and ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for our clients. Your research and sourcing skills will be instrumental in helping us match the right talent with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms, databases, and tools to identify and source potential candidates. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and labour market insights to inform talent acquisition strategies. Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates through emails, messages, and phone calls, and build and maintain relationships with them. Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on candidate pipeline status, sourcing efforts, and recruitment metrics. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and collaborate on candidate submissions. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand your network and knowledge of the IT talent market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field(preferred). Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing. Must have 3+ years of a gency recruitment experience . Experienced in IT, Accounting/Finance and Actuarial roles. Strong research and sourcing skills, including using LinkedIn and other professional networks. Target driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.
