As the Human Resources Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's people strategy and fostering a positive work environment. You will lead a team of HR professionals to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while also ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectivesOversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actionsLead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performanceDrive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplaceManage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairnessStay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policiesCollaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and promote a positive company cultureQualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable3 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, with 2 years in a leadership positionExperience working with Sage VIP, HR Premier and ESS systemsStrong knowledge of South African employment laws and regulationsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organizationProven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business resultsAbility to think strategically and solve complex problemsExceptional communication and presentation skills Salary: R40 000 CTC per month
