We are seeking a passionate and creative Email Marketer to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content, designing engaging campaigns, and analyzing data to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and sales for our diverse range of DTC and B2B clients.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns aligned with client goals and brand voice.Create, personalize, and segment email content that resonates with target audiences.Design and A/B test email templates for optimal user experience across desktop and mobile devices.Manage email subscriber lists, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with marketing regulations.Develop and implement automated email workflows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart reminders).Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, sales) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing objectives.Bonus Skills: Experience running sales-driven email campaigns for B2BFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation platformsStrong understanding of email deliverability best practices.Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices. 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related field.Proven track record of success in creating and executing email campaigns that driveresults.Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging email copy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for email marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
