Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and IT Support Specialist. This role requires expertise in managing Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, website maintenance, and IT support. The ideal candidate must be based in Cape Town and possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing and technology.Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:?Manage Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.?Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.?Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.?Update website content, add banners, and perform routine maintenance to ensure a seamless user experience.?Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies and results.IT Support:?Maintain Microsoft Outlook accounts, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to ensure smooth communication flow.?Implement and oversee regular backups of critical data to prevent data loss.?Provide technical assistance to team members regarding computer issues, software installations, and system configurations.?Manage IT infrastructure during office relocations, including cabling, PC setup, and network configurations.General Support:?Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries and issues within the organization.?Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical issues promptly.?Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Requirements:?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.?Proven experience in digital marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization.?Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.?Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues.?Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.?Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.?Prior experience in IT support and network administration is preferred.?Must be based in Cape Town and available for in-house work.If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about digital marketing and technology, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our organization's success.Additional Information:Application Deadline: Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
