About the Branch Manager position
We are looking for a Branch manager who will organize and lead all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operations. Your duties will include managing staff, building a positive environment and ensuring customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.
You should have a hands-on approach and should be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Branch Manager responsibilities are:
Explore local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Organize all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Prepare forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Organize budget and allocate funds appropriately
Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to branch personnel
Explore opportunities of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Provide consulting to other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Explore customer and employee satisfaction issues and react promptly
Ensure meeting goals and metrics and complying with all regulations/applicable laws
Build relations improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Stay informed about situation in competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Branch Manager requirements are:
3+ years' experience as working as a Engineering firm Branch manager or other branch management position
Significant experience in Waterproofing, Painting, Geosynthetics, Water purification, Consulting and other Engineering related fields.
Significant experience with modern management techniques and best practices
Significant and high proficiency in software like Salesforce, Xero, Pardot, MS 365 and others.
Good knowledge of industry's rules and regulations
Good ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Strong organizational skills with results driven and customer focused attitude
Good leadership and human resources management skills
BS in Business Administration or other related area
