Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, company websites, and social media. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless communication flow. - Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing interview materials, sending out assessment tests, and organising candidate travel arrangements. - Assist in screening applications and resumes for minimum qualifications and key criteria as outlined by hiring managers. - Provide timely and polite responses to inquiries from candidates regarding the application process. - Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and identify potential candidates. - Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts and coordinating orientation sessions. - Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide administrative support for recruitment projects and initiatives. - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
