Our client is a leader in customer experience with a massive digital footprint. They are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating and enhancing those experiences for their customers by means of their website. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for the website, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with the branding. You will be working closely with the web development team to ensure a proper and hassle-free implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Management of partnersâ branding â Align Content with Partner contract
· Uploading of New Businesses, New Vouchers to the Internal System which links to the website
· Uploading of all Business and Voucher Amendment to the Internal System which links to the website
· Developing, uploading and editing videos as required
· Content Creation for the website and learning management system
· The website needs to be accurate and meet all required specifications
· Images must be relevant to the Customer

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conceptualizing creative ideas for customers
· Testing and improving the design of the website
· Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
· Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
· Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with the branding standards
· Working with different content management systems
· Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wire-frames
· Incorporating functionalities and features into websites
· Designing sample pages including colthes and fonts
· Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure
· Load new businesses and vouchers on the internal system
· Managing the business partnersâ images and descriptors
· Liaising with partner zone consultants to obtain marketing material from business partners
· Resizing and redesigning of logos to comply with the website specifications
· Checking that correct information has been received from businesses
· Keep latest deals active on Goldfish leading to the company website
· Managing the partner WhatsApp communication channel
· Maintaining good relationships with business partners
· Creation of video content for internal and customer training purposes
· Reviewing âJoin Requestsâ daily and sending them to the sales department

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
· A relevant diploma in related field
· 2 - 3 yearsâ experience in similar role
· Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, and other visual design tools
· Proficiency Adobe Illustrator is advantageous
· Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
· Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Good understanding of content management systems
· Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
· Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility and integration
· Excellent visual design skills
· Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· The ability to interact with staff on all levels
