Vaf Litigation Secretary

We are looking for talented VAF Litigation secretaries. Do you have experience and a proven track record of success, then please keep reading to see if you qualify. Minimum Requirements:  4 - 6 years previous experience in a Vehicle and Asset Finance position.  Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation. Ability to liaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed manner. Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players. Should be able to utilize and function on the following systems: AJS, DM11, Lexpro, GHOST PRACTICE, VAF legal and CACS.
