UX DesignerSouth AfricaWe are looking for an exceptional Practitioner in the field of Experience Design who will be responsible for delivering world-class digital solutions for our globally recognised clients. As the User Experience Designer, you will be an instrumental part of conceptualising and delivering iterative customer-centred design projects to clients. Key skills: Experience creating design solutions for high profile digital products or services, preferably agency, but client side will be considered. Accountable for delivering visual design concepts and solutions to meet the needs of the business and its intended audience, in varying degrees of fidelity and detail. Expert in industry-standard design visualisation and prototyping software (for example Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision and so on). Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive design. Understanding of front-end development principles and execution. Experience of conducting evaluative research as a way of validating and improving your design solutions. Proven ability to provide direction for clients, balancing the needs of the business and those of their customers while communicating design concepts, rationale, and specifications effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role:In this role, you will be accountable for delivering and presenting design concepts and solutions that meet the needs of the business and its clients, guiding them through an iterative customer-centred design process.
