WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ON A TYPICAL DAY: Update Tax Year End processes and timeously communicate changes to Associates (including training) Conduct refresher and skills training for current associates on all aspects of payroll in order to maintain operating standards Manage training academy for new associates in order to create a talent pool within the organisation Plan, prepare and conduct annual assessments for Associates in order to ensure knowledge is kept current Develop tests and assess candidates against specified job criteria for purposes of recruitment and selection Keep abreast of payroll best practices and legislation to inform content creation and updates.
