They will also advise and consult with the regional executive, country managers and stream leaders on the adoption of proven commercial strategies for growth, including improvements to their teams, processes, systems and product deployment.As a Training Director you will:Contribute to and to deliver the training stream strategic planDeliver the training stream budget – achieving targets for sales, revenues, gross profit and contributionLead and performance manage the strategic initiatives and key business elements for the region including Enterprise Training Solutions, Partner/Reseller Management, Marketing / e-commerce hub, Telesales hub, Client delivery hub, Qualifications, Tutor CommunityDeploy and maximise market penetration of the global training portfolioWork with the enterprise and resellers managers to implement a fit for purpose and high profitable resellers and enterprise strategyWork on a leaner and more strategic customer journey through digital transformationWork with the Head of service delivery for training to understand and implement an efficient and best in class training delivery, and maximise with training other sales opportunitiesKnowledge, Experience and QualificationsProven track record of commercial leadership for a region and / or multiple territories, having effectively worked and developed business abroad with a proven revenue growth recordHighly competent in marketing and marketing automation, qualifications and proven past experiencesDeep social media and digital marketing knowledge and proven qualificationsExperience with Digital transformation projectsAbility to speak a fluent English plus one or more European languagesProficient with sales force at high level, preferred knowledge of PardotP&L responsibilityEntrepreneurial and international business development skillsProven ability to develop relationships on C-level and engage with customers to establish an understanding of their business driversSelf-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervisionExperience of working in a KPI driven environmentExperience preferably in commercial events / training / publishing or relatedOur Excellence Behaviours: Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative.
