Personalized Guidance : Provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout the application and enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Relationship Building : Build rapport and establish trust with students and their families to become a trusted advisor in their educational journey. Sales and Conversion : Work towards achieving sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our courses and guiding students toward enrollment. Market Research : Stay informed about trends and developments in the higher education sector, as well as the needs and preferences of final-year high school students, to tailor our offerings accordingly. Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with final-year high school students. Feedback and Reporting : Gather feedback from students and their families to continuously improve our offerings and report on sales activities and progress towards targets. Requirements: Confidence and Empathy : Exceptional confidence and empathy are essential for building rapport with final-year high school students and guiding them through the decision-making process.
