Key Responsibilities: Student Outreach : Reach out to final-year high school students through various channels such as school visits, virtual presentations, and community events to introduce them to our clients' range of higher education courses. Consultative Selling : Take a consultative approach to understand each student's interests, career goals, and academic strengths, and recommend appropriate higher education courses that align with their aspirations. Personalized Guidance : Provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout the application and enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Relationship Building : Build rapport and establish trust with students and their families to become a trusted advisor in their educational journey. Sales and Conversion : Work towards achieving sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our courses and guiding students toward enrollment. Market Research : Stay informed about trends and developments in the higher education sector, as well as the needs and preferences of final-year high school students, to tailor our offerings accordingly. Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with final-year high school students. Feedback and Reporting : Gather feedback from students and their families to continuously improve our offerings and report on sales activities and progress towards targets. Requirements: Confidence and Empathy : Exceptional confidence and empathy are essential for building rapport with final-year high school students and guiding them through the decision-making process. Understanding of Higher Education : A strong understanding of higher education options, including different types of courses, institutions, and career paths, is crucial for providing informed guidance to students. Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the education sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent Communication Skills : Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for engaging with students and their families. Relationship Building : Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and their families, as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Flexibility and Adaptability : Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the schedules of students and their families. Passion for Education : A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic and career goals. Driver's license and own car . Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
