Kern doel van die pos:Effektiewe bestuur van silo ten einde winsgewendheid te verseker.Minimum Vereistes:Graad 12;4 Jaar Graan/Silo ondervinding;Berokings kursus voltooi;Gradeeringskursusse voltooi;Vorige ondervinding in effektiewe toesighouding en/of bestuur van personeel.Vaardighede:Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;Rekenaarvaardig;Sterk administratiewe vaardighede en organisasie vermoe;Ondervinding in die bestuur van begrotings en kostes;Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;Sterk leierseienskappe;Goeie kennis van die mark en besigheidsomgewing;Besigheidsinsig.Verantwoordelikhede:Bestuur silo teenoor begroting;Bestuur van personeel;Bestuur van kliëntediens;Verseker gesonde finansiële bestuur en praktyke binne die afdeling;Bestuur silo administratiewe funksies.Main purpose of the position:The effective management of the Silo to ensure optimal profitability.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12;4 years Grain/Silo experience;Fumigation certificate;Grain grading certificates completed;Previous experience is the supervision and/or management of staff.Skills:Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;Excellent interpersonal skills;Computer literate;Strong administrative skills and organisation ability;Experience in the management of budgets and costs;Strong leadership skills;Sound knowledge of the market and business environment;Business insight.Responsibilities:Manage Silo to budget;Management of staff;Management of customer service;Ensure sound financial practices within the department;Manage Silo administrative functions.
