Settlements Analyst

Job Description

Our client is a seaborne energy company that specialises and trades various energy products across different key markets. This is a 5 to 6 months contract position to support the Finance Team on settlements, accounting and finance. You will report to the Settlements Manager.
(This role is convertible into a permanent contract depending on job performance)

?What you will be doing?
- Handling daily outstanding Accounts Receivable reports
- Handling weekly outstanding Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable reports
- Handling FX settlements: using Horizon to create, and send entries to SUN systems and confirm settlements with banks and external counterparties
- Preparing monthly settlement reports to the internal control department
- Following up with operators and handling invoicing for Dry Freight to clear non-allocated cash
- Other tasks as assigned by the Settlements Manager
Requirement

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience in a relevant field would be an advantage

9:00am ~ 6:00pm
