We looking for a  Service Manager M/F based: South Africa Job Description : Purpose of Position: To effectively control the work activities, labour sales of the service department at the above dealership, to obtain high quality workmanship, maximum customer satisfaction and optimum departmental profitability.
To qualify for an opportunity the following is essential: Grade12 / EquivalentClean criminal recordCustomer Relations knowledgeExperience in the Motor Industry. Profil Request : Duties will include To achieve budgeted figures. Effective management of cash outstandingSatisfy, meet and exceed customer needs by maintaining efficient and speedy repairs and serviceEnsure maximum efficiency with regards to hours worked versus hours soldTo ensure maximum labour sales with regards to hours workedEffective managing and monitoring of carry oversSatisfactory CE levels are achievedAttend to and satisfactorily resolve customer queries in the required timeContact existing and potential customers to obtain additional businessAssist fleet owners with technical adviceAnalyze sales reports and trade summaries according to budget and take corrective action where necessaryLiaise with admin regarding staff requirements and ensure that all documentation is completed, updated and submitted for processingMaintain morale of staff and counsel where necessaryMaintain high standards in the application of the Recognition Agreement and Industrial Relations requirementsMaintain a safe and clean working environment according to factory standards. Abide by OHS rules.Maintain factory standards in special tool store.Liaise with key staff to ensure that deadlines are adhered toEnsure that all work is carried out according to the franchise standardsEnsure that all costing and claims are correct and timeousEnsure effective control procedures are applied to all vehicles booked inEnsure that no vehicle leaves the workshop without paymentMaintain a high standard of housekeepingEnsure the tools and equipment are kept in good working orderAnalyze come-backs, discuss with the productive staff responsible and institute/introduce effective remedial actionLiaise with parts department regarding outstanding parts on orderEnsure that the responsible person contact the customers with regards to parts that was ordered and arrivedEnsure that warranty claim parts are returned to warranty storeControl issuing of consumable materialsMaintain and update technical knowledge and skillsEnsure timeous oil dips with reportsEnsure that all the required Manufacturer's reporting is done timeouslyCarry out additional duties from time to time at the discretion of managementAdhere to all CSDP ProgramsObtain and maintain the Customer Experience scoreboard according to the Manufacturer's targetsAny ad hoc admin/ other responsibilities as and when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
