Senior Specialis: UI / UX Product Designer Information Technology, Gauteng Midrand Market Related - Market Related The purpose of the role is to ensure that through user research, information architecture, UX and UI design,our client delivers relevant products with an exceptional user experience across all digital channels. This role requires solid experience with following user experience design methodologies; crafting beautiful visual user interfaces; working in an agile, collaborative team. User Experience Strategy and execution Execute on overall User Experience strategy and obtain organisational buy-inDrive delivery of projects to achieve User Experience business objectives. UX and UI designFollow the user centered design approach in designing journeys across all digital channels Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off with a mobile-first focusEstablish and promote visual design guidelines, best practices and standards within a broader cross functional teamCollaborate with team and work directly with developers to implement final design User testing and research Conduct user testing on new and existing journeyUnderstand our customers needs through interviews and other research techniques. Use these insights to validate product concepts and inform design decisionsChannel strategy Design the future state of all digital channels with an omni-channel approachConduct competitor reviews and research to inform strategyPerformance Tracking & Improvement Continuous monitoring of performance across the websiteUse these insights to inform design improvements
