The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of accounts to create powerful and impactful results for our clients, and growth in revenue and diversity of service offering for HelloKindred. Working to build the depth of engagement with a client, from first introduction and service offering development, through to daily interactions and account strategy. Delivering continued best practice, value, service innovation and development, and speed to market for new client services.You are someone who likes to work in close collaboration with clients. You understand how to build relationships in multi-stakeholder environments and corporate environments.Work in true collaboration with the client and be responsible for all services we provide to them, ensuring an positive client experience.Understanding the nuances of client's business and the different requirements/services needed to deliver for them. Building this understanding from the first interaction and sharing this knowledge across HelloKindred.Become a strong partner and lead relationships with client at both a Senior and Marketing Manager level clients, becoming a trusted and valued advisor.Line management of a team member(s) as needed to manage the client account.Be the escalation point for your Account teams, if client SLA's or internal SLA's and processes are not adhered to, or where there are process gaps. Ensure that these are captured along with a suggestion for improvement.Take financial control of the accounts allocated. Management of budgets including, profitability, accuracy of forecasting, service negotiation and P&L to drive successful margins and effective team utilisation.Demonstrate an ability to add significant value to the development of all clients' business by generating fresh thinking and relevant new ideas, ensuring HelloKindred is always at the forefront of all new initiatives undertaken by our clients, working with other senior members of the team to ensure exposure to the right expertiseBe data driven in your thinking, utilising tools to analyse and present compelling arguments to inform decision making in both structure and development.Drive added value, going above and beyond day to day client expectations to deliver value outside of project-based workWork with the team and client to ensure the right level of resource across all departments is allocated to each piece of business and provide appropriate input, as well as from a strategy, creative and specialist perspective.Business development working relationshipIn collaboration with the Business Development Lead and other senior managers, support the business development efforts of the Group as follows;Develop account level Strategic Opportunity Plans (SOPs) and sales approach plans for each targeted client account with the respective territory Business Development Lead.Working closely with Business Development Leads to mapping relationships that present viable business development opportunities.Support business development efforts for cross-selling and upselling to clients, expanding our services to new business units and territories of existing clients and building relationships with key decision-makers horizontally and vertically across their operations.Collaborate with the Business Development Leads in solution design and developing client-specific value propositions, proposals and offers that speak to the needs, concerns, and operational objectives of the clients.Identify opportunities for client advocacy, case study development, and client feedback to document the success and efficacy of our services for account level and external sales and marketing endeavours.As a key contributor to the group sales forecast, support the commercial partners with their territory-specific forecast and reporting (on an account level) for each sales cycle.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related fields. Or equivalent work experience.Significant Marketing Agency Experience. Working as part of a client service team responsible for leading, developing and growing client accounts.ADVANTAGE: A background in production with a strong delivery background.
