Job DescriptionJob responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Safety:
Create a safety culture through productive and authorized operational systems/processes that allow all employees (including contracting partners) to provide their outputs in a risk-controlled environment.Performance and Delivery
Perform performance reporting and consolidation (Mining, JVs, processing sites, Corporate).Reporting to the Group Company monthly results, monthly forecasting and annual budgets.Review performance using available data to identify trends and deviations that support decision-making.Compile the monthly reporting pack with back up analysis for the CFO.Compile and check the quarterly production reports submitted to Group.Compile the performance of the Company for the quarterly presentations that is submitted to the Group leadership teamProvide inputs to integrated planning process as required.Drive digitalization in the area by identifying processes that can be automated/simplified through digital solutions.Ensure all reporting conforms to sound governance and falls within group guidelines.Support business areas in assessing financial implications of the business plan and preparation of the annual budget.Review and issue the monthly sector report compiled using inputs from the different business areas.People & Teams:
