Details of the offer

Purpose: Manage a large team of client services administrators for a portfolio of funds. Lead the team and manage workflow. Provide guidance, support and direction to staff and achieve benchmarks within admin service delivery to our client. KPAs / Ke outputs Managing overall Administration team Running of month ends and checking year ends Cheque releasing, Year ends & Benefit statements Applying the rules, policies and administration procedures of different funds and countries in accordance with standards service level agreements Organizing and managing administrators activities when attending to members so that responses are delivered in a professional manner according to the requirements, Responsible for the monthly reconciliations, trustee reports, compliance status and reports. Ensuring that monthly productivity targets are met Monitoring performance and productivity standards and identifying areas of improvement Assisting in coaching, training & development of staff Attending board and client meetings Running of monthly pensioner payrolls Qualifications and Experience Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement funds (COP) and Intermediary certificate in Insurance Studies (Retirement Funds) RE 5 exam preferable 7 years exposure in similar or Retirement fund administration and 2 years management experience Computer literacy MS Office. Excellent excel skills Good understanding of Administration systems (Everest will be advantage) Skills & Behavioural attributes Time Management / Telephone etiquette and client liaison Deadline driven in order to meet all targets as per SLA Great awareness of customer service Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to manage a large diverse team Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated Self-starter & excellent organising skills Good verbal & written and communications skills Committed and reliable with integrity Telephone etiquette and client liaison Be a team player Ability to transfer skills Willingness to travel Have a valid drivers licence or should have one within the first three months of employment Special requirements: The candidate will be required to travel in Africa for short or extended periods of time.NO RELOCATION EXEPENSE IF COMING OUTSIDE OF CAPETOWNEE FEMALE EMPLOYEES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
