Regional Training Officer, Mpumalanga

We are seeking a Regional Training Officer for a permanent vacancy based in Witbank, Mpumalanga Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree with appropriate engineering or science major preferredChemical engineering Diploma or equivalent3+ years relevant experience in an engineering environment3+ years relevant experience in the water treatment industry preferredPreferably experience working with the following water treatment technologies – reverse osmosis (RO), ultra-filtration (UF), softeningExperience in management / supervision advantageousMust be computer literate and have a basic understanding of OHS Act The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Manage, review, update and develop SOP's and develop / manage training matrixOrganize / support and facilitate appropriate trainingManage, document & execute planned training observations (PTO)Identify gaps in team competence and identify training needsSite specific trainingDevelop training programmes, and material for new staffDevelopment of training systems Salary: Negotiable
