We are looking for an experienced inhouse recruiter/ talent acquisition specialist to support our outsourced customers. This is an office-based role, responsible for leading a small team of Junior recruiters.
Steering the office based junior recruiters Allocating jobs to the RPO team to work Working on senior retained assignments Offering RPO training to outsourced customers Compiling management reports Attending all RPO client meetings – bot internal and external Completed tertiary qualification Must have a background in recruitmentfor a minimum of 3 years Ability to lead client meetings and handle conflict situations Strong IT skills and ability to work on several Applicant Tracking Systems The role comes with a good basic salary and an incentive scheme.
