Requirements Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology (Diploma/ Degree or Relevant)2 - 5 year's proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Proven experience and ability to head hunting A-Team players, using different strategies and platforms.Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.).Familiarity with HR databases Simplify and MIE will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft the MS suite of programs.Duties and Responsibilities Overall recruiting strategy includes:
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.Recruit and Head Hunt A-Team players on different platforms available.
Prepare recruitment materials and advertise vacancies on available databases.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.Facilitate process of interviews including scheduling appointments with recruitment panel and candidates; and lead interviews as part of recruitment panel using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Promote company's reputation as "employer of choice.
