The Recruiter will mainly be responsible for the recruitment of both external and internal candidates.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the full recruitment process.Be comfortable with targets and talking to applicants in person as well as virtually/telephonically.Keeping client files up to date and organized.Continuously improving the recruitment process / department.Internal Recruitment Process:Screening through CVs.Selecting appropriate applicants and scheduling of interviewsContinuous growing/adding on current databaseTyping of selected applicants CVsConducting interviews with department managersPerforming reference checksPerforming background, - educational, - financial checks, etc.Liaising with clients and HR teamRegretting of applicantsSourcing of applicantsSending offer lettersKeeping vacancy report up to dateExternal Recruitment Process:Sourcing of clientsContinuous growing/adding on current databaseCreating and posting of advertsScreening of applicantsConducting interviews and selecting appropriate candidate according to client job specificationPerforming reference checksCreating candidate document pack to be sent to client (Updated and typed CV, Educational documents, Drivers License, References, etc.)Performing background, - educational, - financial checks, etc.Liaising with clients and HR teamRegretting of applicantsSourcing of applicantsSending offer lettersKeeping vacancy report up to dateFollowing up with clientsBackground checksPosition Requirements:Formal Education & CertificationMatricDiploma in HR will be an advantageInterest in RecruitmentKnowledge & Experience3+ Years working experience in recruitment.Basic MS Office experience / knowledge.Canva experience would be beneficial but not required.Placement partner software beneficial.MIE knowledge would be beneficial.Personal AttributesGood judge of character.Strong communication skills.Comfortable with talking to higher management (CEOs and Directors).A natural curiosity.Good listening skills.Ability to read and display positive body language.Being neat and organized.
