As a Candidate 180 Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing highly skilled technical professionals with our client companies. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with both candidates and clients, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview technical candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain a strong network of technical professionals through various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and requirements. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to placement. Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and talent pools to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in technical related field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in technical recruiting or a related role. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
