FUNCTION: PRODUCTION PLANNER LEAD DISCIPLINE: PROJECT CONTROL & ESTIMATING PROJECT FLAG: KARIMUN YARD PROJECT LOCATION: INDONESIA DURATION: CONTRACT (RENEWABLE) SALARY: MARKET RELATED ______________________________________________________________________ "TRS is looking for TWO (2) LEAD PRODUCTION PLANNERS to support bidding activities, Projects set-up and yard Continuous Improvement for our International Client's KARIMUN YARD Project based in INDONESIA." JOB DESCRIPTION:Support bid activities, prioritize arrival of material, analyze yields and fabrication methods and plan production activities according to project schedule and availability of drawings, materials and personnel.Validate and analyze production feedback relevant to spent hours. Set up and maintain cumulative yard workload by resource status, consolidating current and incoming projects.Manage project materials, Production feed and Production plan within Production Planning and Control team.Match and reserve daily Project MTO income.Prevent Highlight material lack during Project execution.Release Prepare and estimate feasible Work Packs to Production.Schedule available Work Packs with due consideration to Resources workload and Projects priorities.Set up and maintain Fabrication databases (Material Utilization Factors, Productivity).Set up and maintain cumulative yard workload by Resource status, consolidating current and incoming projects.Validate and analyze Production feedback relevant to progress, productivity, spent hours and materials, assuring Traceability and final Reconciliation.
