Production Manager We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experience Production Manager for a manufacturing company. Suitable candidates will come from a similar industry Duties & Responsibilities Manage the divisional team to achieve set production targets within stipulated standards Must be responsible for minimising of non- productive time Analyse given reasons for periods of non-production against metrics, Communicate operating plan to meet production goals Communicate company and departmental policies Responsible for production buyer experience Provide guidance to team Supervisors through empowerment Manage performance management scheduling Abide by company policies Desired Experience & Qualification Matric (Maths as a subject is compulsory) Relevant Tertiary degree Minimum 5-10 years experience Excellent Communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) A motivated, self-driven individual able to perform well with minimum supervision; Ability to work under challenging conditions Must have basic knowledge of Health & Safety Rules
