Production & Logistics Coordinator - Paarl

Our client, a Wine & Spirits merchant, currently has the following career opportunity for a dynamic administrator within its team:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
⢠planning, administration and coordination of production processes
⢠coordination of transport, logistical and export processes
⢠stock control and planning of dry material
⢠compliance and export administration
⢠purchases
⢠assistance www.********.co.za costings and budgets
⢠weekly / monthly reporting
The ideal candidate has the following knowledge, experience and skills:

⢠appropriate tertiary qualification with logistics as subject (recommendation)
⢠advanced Excel skills
⢠proven knowledge and experience in the wine industry (e.g. packaging materials, manufacturing processes and overall process flow of wine)
⢠strong administrative skills
⢠excellent planning, organisational, communication, interpersonal and co-ordination skills
⢠accurate numerical and accounting skills
⢠task, detail and system oriented
