Technical Competencies and responsibilities Design and Motion Graphics Innovation: Develop high-quality multimedia content, focusing on motion graphics, using Adobe Creative Suite. Take on more complex design tasks, possibly specializing in areas that leverage motion graphics. Continuously innovate and refine design techniques and workflows. Project Management and Execution: Manage complex projects from start to finish with increasing autonomy. Collaborate with team members to define artistic and technical directions for projects. Proactively identify and resolve challenges to optimize production efficiency. Team Collaboration and Influence: Contribute to mentoring junior designers and interns, cultivating a culture of learning and growth. Exhibit creative problem-solving and technical skills, contributing significantly to team objectives.
