An opportunity has arisen for a Product Delivery Coordinator to join our mobile network team at Asda. We are responsible for Asda's very own mobile network which is a core pillar of the wider ASDA growth strategy.
The role of Product Delivery Coordinator will assist, support, and report into the Network Product Delivery Manager to facilitate, organise, co-ordinate and manage seamless delivery, management of the existing and new product roadmap.
The successful individual will most likely have excellent organisational and communication skills and ideally have experience in the coordination and administration of product delivery.
As the Product Delivery Coordinator for Asda Mobile you will:
Coordinate product and project activities between internal and external partiesArrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and vendors.Be the liaison point for products or on-going projects, vendors, and key internal stakeholders.Draft and review project communications, as well as issuing communications to wider stakeholders in and out of the business.Assist with preparing/ producing reports, drafting of any project documents.Liaison point for all internal/external stakeholders on product updates and statuses of open issues/tasks.Monitor and report on progress of assigned projects, identifying issues that may impact on time delivery and escalate these as appropriate.Record actions from stakeholder sessions and support the business owner in documenting requirements.Support the Network Product Delivery Manager in the successful delivery of each project throughout the development life cycle the projects."Let's find out about you" This role requires a highly organised individual to support the Product team.
