Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in retail /buying group/franchise management or a similar role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a regional or multi-unit management capacity.Strong hands-on Operations Management experience Strong business acumen with a history of driving revenue growth and achieving operational targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Solid understanding of retail operation, including sales, marketing, and customer service.Ability to analyse financial reports and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to a retail business- group.Willingness to travel within the region as required.Valid drivers license and own transportPosition summary: As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting our business operations at store level. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies, maintaining strong relationships with our store owners, and driving business growth across multiple locations.Your primary focus will be to ensure store viability, brand consistency, provide operational guidance, and foster a positive store owner experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.Responsibilities: Business Support and Relationship Management:Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentoring to store owners.Function as the main point of contact for store owners, addressing their concerns and resolving any operational or business-related issues.Conduct monthly site visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and quality control measures.Collaborate with store owners to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Operational Excellence:Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and brand standards at all stores.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, stock holding, customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions to address any performance gaps.Conduct regular audits to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.Provide training and support to store owners on operational best practices and new initiativesCompliance and Legal:Ensure compliance with the store owner supply agreement, legal obligations, and regulatory requirements.Work closely with legal and compliance teams to update supply agreements, manuals and other relevant documentation as needed.Conduct regular reviews to ensure store owner compliance with contractual obligations and mitigate legal risks.Team Management and Collaboration:Provide leadership and guidance to the store owners, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Collaborate with other departments at the company, including marketing, operations, finance, and training, to ensure effective communication and implementation of company initiatives.Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the store's staff.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.  If you have not heard from us in 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.#J-18808-Ljbffr
