Portfolio Reservations Manager- Midlands
Our client is looking for an experienced Portfolio Reservations Manager to oversee the reservations of camps and lodges.

Responsibilities and Duties

Reservations for at least three properties
Compiling third party itineraries and quotes
Quoting, confirming, and cancelling reservations in a timely manner
Providing weekly and monthly sales reports
Following up on outstanding deposits timeously to ensure all bookings are confirmed
Actioning enquiries in a timeous manner
Maintaining good relationships with travel agents / tour operators
Booking Educationals and group Fam trips for agents and DMCs
Skills & Experience RequiredAt least 3 – 5 years in a similar role
Knowledge of Zambia and Zimbabwe would be beneficial
ResRequest Booking software (non-negotiable)
Tour operator experience is a must for this role
