Details of the offer

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Production planning and implementation of the overall supply chain strategy including:
Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions;
Performance and metrics;
Logistics – both local and export.
Post foundry production operations:
Heat Treatment;
Fettling (Local and Export);
Machine Shop.
Despatch
Quality Control

8-10 years operational experience in Foundry Operations
Strong people management / HR knowledge with experience of running a large department in a unionised environment;
Planning and organizational management;
Lean manufacturing;
Dimensional / technical drawing;
Technical background such as welding, heat treatment, metallurgy would be an advantage but not essential.
