Job Summary:Sanford Federal is looking for a successfulMSG Detachment Cookto performinPretoria, South Africa.Our ideal candidate succeeds at providing relevant work experience, also, demonstrates an adequate education and background in thisfield, and fully capable of accomplishing his duties in such an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

Shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing food services operations demonstrating experience in premium level food and service execution.

Duties:the candidate will be responsible for:

Responsible for the development of menus, food storage, and cleanliness of theMSGRkitchen and dining areas;

Food Handling Procedure
Adherence to HACCP
Menu Execution and Presentation
MSGR kitchen inspections
Food Storage inspections

shall schedule cooking and serving requirements to ensure that these are done in the order and time frame specified and they are to be performed on a daily basis, Monday-Friday
