In addition to any/all personal production theProducing Branch Managerwill also manage employees and daily activities of assigned branch location. Consistently developing employees to increase production by fostering their use of marketing tools, providing training on sales techniques, and holding accountable for production goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Branch Manager shall operate the branch office and ensure that origination activities are being done compliantly, with zero tolerance for fraud, according to federal & state laws, and in harmony with CCM standards.
Constantly look for ways to increase production within the branch and improve the CCM brand and reputation within the local market.Provide the necessary support to employees within the branch.Monitor all origination activities within the branch.Assure that CCM processes are being followed.Responsible for recruitment, training and supervision of Loan Officers and staff.Must solicit and procure loan applications, provide services and connection with same to facilitate and expedite their processing.Participate in monthly branch manager calls.Participate in any sales and marketing training required by corporate.Explore new ways of marketing and prospecting to potential new clients and referral partners.Conduct yourself as a positive ambassador for Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC in all communications and actions, internally and externally.Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsExtensive knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loan programsTime management: Ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment to ensure strict time restrictions are metStrong multi-tasking skills: work in an organized, accurate, thorough, and timely mannerExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience as a producing loan officer.Understanding of and commitment to the CCM loan process.In depth knowledge of loan products and guidelines.Ability to resolve conflicts and emergencies that arise.Positive influence with high moral character, foster the CCM culture of Honesty, Transparency and Integrity.Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED (BA preferred)Experience: Three – Five (3-5) years prior management experienceMaintain an active license with NMLSExperience in the mortgage industry required.Ability to deliver effective resultsMust be a currently licensed Mortgage Loan OfficerSound judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionAdditional Certifications or Licenses Completed all Federal, State and Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC licensing requirements for the Mortgage Loan Origination LicenseActive Mortgage Loan Originator license recognized by Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLCAdditional Information about the Company What we offer to our employees: Competitive compensation with commission on self-generated and company generated loans.Excellent medical, dental and vision insurance, and Employer HSA contribution401(k) with company matchRegular employee appreciation eventsRemote Interview ProcessCCM will give you all the support and training during your onboarding process.We're putting our employees' health and safety first, CCM will continue to abide by CDC guidelines when comes to social distance, face masks, and cleaning the high traffic areas.Job Type: Full-time
