Medical Receptionist

Introduction:
A medical practice situated in a reputable Pretoria East based hospital is seeking a Medical Receptionist with a minimum of five experience within a similar role to join their capable team.
Qualifications and Experience
Matric
Own transport
5 years’ experience within a similar role
Computer Literate (MS Office Suite)
Medical billing software
Experience with Vericlaim would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for answering incoming calls.
Directing calls to appropriate staff.
Greeting and checking in all patients for office appointments, including paperwork for patients to fill out.
Scheduling and arranging patient appointments.
Keeping patient files organised and up to date.
Processing of accounts/billing.

Salary Offered
R 18 000 - R 20 000
